The best thing I can say about John is that he COMMUNICATES! It was not unusual for me to send a text in the evening about something that just entered my head, and my phone would ring almost immediately with John wanting to answer my question. He was great at providing direction, consulting with me on options, and helping me to decide on the most cost efficient route on several occasions.
He was very much "in touch" during the whole process to the extent that, when we finally reached completion, we laughed "it feels like we're divorced - we don't talk to each other anymore!".
It was a GREAT experience working with John, and I would highly recommend him - he has been friendly, honest, efficient... no complaints whatsoever!

Building a custom home with John (Evergreen Builders) has been a great experience. John is a man of fine character who is responsible for orchestrating every detail of our home and surrounding himself with excellent subcontractors while keeping us informed. His expertise, and his time, and his personal interest in satisfying all of our requests were invaluable. He was responsible for insuring that the entire building process was both exciting and enjoyable. We are so grateful that we were fortunate enough to have found a builder as knowledgeable, as responsible, as caring and genuinely interested in building a beautiful home that more than met our expectations and fulfilled our dream. Not only do we have beautiful home but also a friendship with John that will last a lifetime. I would recommend John to anyone.

My wife and I were very impressed with this builder. John Schneider built our home years ago and we have been extremely pleased. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish and made everything very easy. He has great floor plans and quality finishes. He completed the house on time and was very responsive to any follow up questions. In addition, the energy efficiency of the house is truly remarkable. We would recommend John to anyone interested in building a home.

Of the homes we have built over the years, our experience with John ranks at the very top of the list. The quality of construction and ease of communication throughout the process was excellent. John showed a sincere interest in making sure we were 100% happy with the final result. John made certain that any concern we had was met with professionalism and understanding.
